I love Colourpop #1 Lippie Stix Lipswatches and Review

Soooo after a looooong break I decided to bring my blog back to life :)

So I thought I'd start with a series of posts about a company I have fallen in love with completely.

I first came across Colourpop Cosmetics through Instagram. A lot of people were talking about their products and how amazing and inexpensive they are.

I got curious and made an order and since then I have made 2 more orders and it definitly won't be my last ones.

Today I want to talk about their lippie stix. I swatched 8 of them (I own 14 but 6 were LE) and I hope you enjoy these swatches and find them helpful.

Their lippie stix are their regular lipsticks which come in a huge variety of colours and finishes. I personally prefer a matte finish so this review is based on their matte finish ones. I do have 2 of their creme finishes and they are just as pigmented as their mattes ones I just use matte lipstick more often than any other lipsticks.

I looooove the lippie stix. I honestly have nothing bad to say about them. They go on super creamy and the pigmentation is on point. They are not streaky or sticky or patchy whatsoever.

Also they are 5$ each which is unbelievable because they are such high quality. I have some lipstick that were four times the price of these and are not as good as the Colourpop ones.

What I also love is that you can purchase the matching lipliner (lippie pencil) for almost every lippie stix. I think that this is awesome because I love using a lipliner under my lipstick. The lippie pencil are also 5$ each,

The 8 shades I am showing today are all matte finishes. Now these are creamy mattes that are not transfer proof and they don't dry down. They do become matter when you pair them with the lippie pencil. They last a pretty long time though and they last beautifully, which is important for me.
I do have to touch up after eating but they last through drinks.

I highly recommend their lippie stix, I will continue to buy them and I think that there is a colour and a finish for everyone.

The only thing I don't like about Colourpop is that they don't ship internationally just the US and Canada I believe. I live in austria and I get their products via Shipitto. I do wish that they would ship to more countries but like I said that is the only thing that I don't like.

Swatches and Description of the Sugarpill Cold Chemistry Palette/ English and German

Here I just wanna quickly talk about the Cold Chemistry Palette and of course swatch it for you!

The Cold Chemistry Palette was one of the first items that stood out to me when I first came across the brand. This palette is so me,

Dark cool tones for a vampy bold smoky eye. I absolutely love this palette and use this quite often. This is my kind of everyday palette.

The first colour is "Soot and Stars" a beautiful deep almost black grey with colourful glitter in it. Beautiful as a main lid colour. a little tip, there will be glitter fallout so I always use it wet with MAC Fix+




The second colour is "Diamond Eyes" and is a gorgeous shimmery white colour that works great for every place in an eye look, if that makes
sense. Also this is great as a cheek highlighte


The third colour is "Elemental Chaos" and it is my favourite of the palette. It is a deep beautiful bold purple that is just soooo amazing, Alone or over a black base you can't go wrong with this eyeshadow



The fourth and last colour is "Subterranean" and it is a "dirty" deep green that I really love. Put this on your whole lid in a green smokey eye and you have a winner look.

Eine komplette Review findet über Sugarpill Lidschatten findet ihr in meinem Sparkle Baby Post.

Hier möchte ich nur kurz die Palette beschreiben und euch Swatches zeigen

Die Cold Chemistry Palette war die Palette die mir als erstes ins Auge gestochen ist als ich Sugarpill entdeckt habe. Diese Palette ist wie geschaffen für mich.

Dunkle kühle Farbe für Vampy, ausdruckstarke Smokey Eyes. Ich benutze diese Palette sehr oft, dass ist eine Alltagspalette für mich.

Die erste Farbe ist "Soot and Stars" ein sehr dunkles fast schwarzes Grau mit buntem Glitzer. Eine tolle Farbe fürs ganze Lid. Ein Tipp, es wird beim verblenden Glitzer verloren gehen deshalb verwende ich diesen Lidschatten immer feucht mit MAC Fix+




Die zweite Farbe ist "Diamond Eyes" eine Farbe die am ganzen Auge "funktioniert". Auch sehr schön als Highlighter auf den Wangenknochen.


Die dritte Farbe ist "Elemental Chaos" und sie ist meine Lieblingsfarbe. Ein tiefes ausdruckstarkes Lila das einfach toll aussieht. Allein oder über schwarzer Base dieser Lidschatten ist genial.



Die vierte und letzte Farbe ist "Subterranean" ein "düsteres" dunkles grün dass sehr cool ist. Als Lidfarbe in nem grünen Smokey Eye ein klarer Gewinner.

Review and Swatches on the Sugarpill Sparkle Baby Palette/ English and German

Hey there,

So it's been a while since I posted something. I ordered a lot of new makeup but it's all from the US so it will take a while to get to me in austria. So I thought I'd write about two palettes that I've owned for a while and really love.

This first post will give you a full on review on the overall brand and eyeshadows. The second post on the Cold Chemistry Palette will go up after this and it will be a short post with mainly just swatches.

I discovered the brand Sugarpill about 2 yrs ago when I started getting more into makeup and instagram. It is an american brand founded by Amy Doan also known as "Shrinkle". They make extremely colourful, bright and bold eyeshadows and there is literally a colour for everyone! They also make brushes and eyelashes and I think they plan on doing nail polish too but don't quote me on that.

I ordered last winter and I completely fell in love with their eyeshadows. I got the two palettes that I am going to write about and some of their loose eyeshadows.

Their eyeshadows are uncomparable. The pigmentation on every single one that I have is amazing and there isn't one that is like "the black sheep". They blend so well, you can go as bold or as soft as you want cause like I said there is something for everyone.

So I really truly stand behind Sugarpill, their eyeshadows have definitly become some of my favourite.

What I also love about their eyeshadows is that they are so versatile. Because they are so pigmented you can also use them as eyeliner, blush ( but be careful because like I said the pigmentation is crazy) and some colours as a cheek highlighter. Also if you're into lipart I think they will work great for that too.

The Sparkle Baby Palette is without a doubt the most girly, bright palette I own. I usually gravitate towards dark, cool tones but as soon as I saw it I just had to have it.

You can create such fun looks with it and it is an amazing palette for everyone who likes to step out of the box. Even though it "just" contains 4 colours I've created a lot of different looks with it.





First Colour is Kitten Parade, this is like a rosy pinkish gold shimmery eyeshadow. A beautiful colour to put on your whole lid. This colour also works beautifully as a cheek highlighter



Second Colour is Frostine, this is a very soft lavender that has a beautiful shimmer to it. I think this looks gorgeous over a black base if you want to vamp it up a bit. I also really love this colour in every purple eye look that I do to tone down and soften bold colours. Sometimes a pink looks a little too bright for me so this colours tones it down beautifully!



Third Colour is Candy Crush, aside from the awesome name this is such a fun bubblegum blue. It also shimmers beautifully and is soooo soft. I don't like to wear this on its own because it is a bit too bright and bubblegummy  for me but i love it as a highlighting colour in a blue smokey eye or blended with Kitten Parade.



Fourth and last colour is Hotsy Totsy and this is my favourite colour of the palette. Even though I am not a big fan of pink as an eyeshadow I love this to ad a pop of colour to the eye. I also used this as blush and eyeliner. It is a glittery bright pink that is just so much fun!

Es ist jetzt schon ziemlich lange her dass ich einen Post geschrieben habe, ich habe zwar eine Menge an Schminke bestellt aber alles aus Amerika deshalb dauert es etwas bis es bei mir in Österreich landet. Also dachte ich mir ich schreibe über zwei Produkte die ich schon länger habe und absolut liebe.

Der erste Post ist eine komplette Review über Sugarpill und die Lidschatten. Der zweite Post über die Cold Chemistry Palette wird gleich nach diesem online gestellt und wird eher kurz und bündig sein und hauptsächlich die Swatches beinhalten.

Ich habe Sugarpill vor ca 2 Jahren entdeckt wie ich begonnen habe mich mehr für Makeup zu interessieren und mehr auf Instagram zu sein. Sugarpill ist eine amerikanische Marke, gegründet von Amy Doan die man auch als "Shrinkle" kennt. Sie produzieren sehr farbenfrohe, grelle und bunte Farben und es gibt wirklich für absolut jeden eine Farbe. Sugarpill stellt auch Pinsel und falsche Wimpern her und ich glaube sie planen Nagellack herzustellen aber ganz sicher bin ich mir da nicht.

Letzten Winter habe ich zum ersten Mal bestellt und bin seitdem verrückt nach den Lidschatten. Ich habe die zwei Paletten und ein paar der losen Lidschatten.

Sugarpills Lidschatten sind unvergleicbbar. Jeder einzelne Lidschatten ist unglaublich pigmentiert und es gibt kein "schwarzes Schaf" unter ihnen. Sie lassen sich extrem gut verblenden und man kann so jeden Look soft oder grell kreieren.

Ich stehe absolut hinter Sugarpill und empfehle sie definitv weiter. Ihre Lidschatten sind eine meiner Lieblingslidschatten.

Was ich auch sehr toll an ihren Lidschatten finde ist dass sie so vielseitig einsetzbar sind. Weil die Pigmentierung so toll ist kann man sie auch als Eyeliner, Rouge (aber mit Vorsicht) und als Highlighter benutzen. Wer auf Lipart steht wird mit ihnen ebenfalls eine Freude haben.

Die Sparkle Baby Palette ist ohne Zweifel die mädchenhafteste, grellste Palette die ich besitze. Ich greife eher zu kühlen dunklen Tönen aber ich musste diese Palette einfach haben.

Man kann mit ihr so außergewöhnliche tolle Looks kreiern und sie ist eine tolle Palette für alle die mal aus ihren Everyday Looks rauswollen.
Auch wenn es "nur" 4 Lidschatten sind kann man viele verschiedene Looks zaubern ;)

Die erste Farbe ist Kitten Parade, ein rosa gold schimmernder Lidschatten. Eine sehr schöne Farbe fürs gesamte Lid. Auch toll als Highlighter auf den Wangenknochen,



Die zweite Farbe ist Frostine, ein sehr softes Lavendel mit einem schönen Schimmer. Ich finde diese Farbe sieht toll über einer schwarzen Base aus wenn man es etwas düsterer mag. Ich verwende diesen Lidschatten aber auch in jedem lila Smokey Eye um Farben zu soften. Manchmal sieht pink ein bisschen zu grell für mich aus und Frostine versoftet es dann schön.



Die dritte Farbe ist Candy Crush, neben dem Namen ist dass so ein frisches Kaugummi Blau. Hat auch einen sehr schönen Schummer und ist sooo weich. Ich verwende diese nicht allein da sie mir ein bisschen zu grell und ist und wie ein Kaugummi aussieht aber ich mag sie als helle Farbe bei einem blauen Smokey Eye oder verblendet mit Kitten Parade.



Die vierte und letzte Farbe ist Hotsy Totsy und diese ist meine Lieblingsfarbe der Palette. Ich bin zwar kein großer Fan von pinkem Lidschatten aber um Farbakzente zu setzen ist diese Farbe super. Ich habe sie auch schon als Rouge und Eyeliner benutzt. Ein glitzerndes fröhliches grelles Pink.

May Favourites 2015

Hey there,

So June is here so it's time for my May Favourites. These are products that I've used a lot this month and that really work 100% for me.

I am not gonna go into too much detail, I just want to quickly describe the products and tell you why I love them so much!

MAC  Fix+

I've seen this product on youtube a bunch of times and been wanting to try it for a while. I gotta say I did not expect this to work this amazingly. I spray this on my face before I put on my cream primer and wet my brush with this. My foundation applies so much smoother and lasts beautifully throughout the day. It also gives my foundations  (I tried it with different ones) a much more natural, radiant and overall more good looking finish. A huge plus for me is that it did not break me out, which a lot of other Primer products from different brands did. I will be buying this over and over again, worth every penny. I haven't tried this with pigments yet, however I think it will work just as great.

Kiko Cosmetics Liquid Skin, Second Skin Foundation

Okay I think I might have found my holy grail foundation. This is a very liquid foundation and I was a bit sceptical when I first bought it. However this foundation works unbelievably great for me. It has light but enough coverage for me while remaining a natural look. It feels very light on the skin, I personally barely feel it. Amazing product however when using this foundation, use a good primer otherwise it will apply kind of patchy. Also for me the best way to apply it is with a stippling brush and then go over it with a sponge.

Goodskin Labs Z-Pore Instant Pore Refiner

Another holy grail product for me. I'm pretty sure that I won't be using anything else in the near future. I have huge pores and this primer gives me a smooth face and therefore my foundation applies way better and lasts much longer. This is a very silicony primer however it is a bit creamier than other silicony primers I've tried. Also I break out pretty easily, especially from primers and this did not break me out, which is another reason why I love this.

Maybelline Fit Me Concealers in Shade 15&30

I've been really into contouring and highlighting lately. I don't own a real contour kit yet (I know, I can't believe it myself) so I use other products right now, I really like these for cream contouring and highlighting as they are very pigmented have the right amount of coverage and blend beautifully. Also the 30 shade is not too warm and not red based so it works really well for my skin tone (I'm very fair)

Chanel Translucent Loose Powder

You could probably find a product that works just as well as this one and doesn't cost a weeks worth of food, however this was a gift and I looooooveeee it. It works so amazingly well and I will definitly buy one when this one gets empty. And it will get empty! I use this every day for my whole face. It sets my foundation and concealer and cream products perfectly and I never get a cakey face from it. This is the first powder that keeps me oil free all day long even during 12 hour shifts and never gets cakey. Worth it! I have the best mum ever!

Kiko Eyeshadow in Nr 167

This is a white eyeshadow with just the slightest sheen to it. I use this in the areas that I highlighted. The shimmer is so subtle that it doesn't look like you fell into a glitter bowl but gives a beautiful radiant finish.

Kiko Cream Crush Eyeshadow in Nr 05

I have been using this in a looooot of looks this month. It is a beautiful, very intense gold shimmer metallic cream eyeshadow that I just find breathtaking. You can create such a great quick look with it. Cool light brown in the crease, Kiko on the lid and a black eyeshadow to darken and give more dimension, Boom you're done. If you have extra time add a black liner and you got your classic look

Kat von D Monarch and Innerstellar Palette

You can find swatches and a review on the Monarch Palette on my blog. I will write one for the Innerstellar one too. However these palettes are soooooo beautiful. The monarch is warm toned palette that is part of her "Butterfly Effect" Collection and the "Innerstellar" palette is a limited edition that was inspired by the galaxy especially the moon. Each palette contains 12 eyeshadows, 3 large ones and 9 smaller ones. They are super pigmented and blend wonderful. The colours have me hyperventilating ;)

Essence Liquid Ink Eyeliner

I recently used this again and remembered my love for it. This eyeliner stays on all day it doesn't move or crack up. It is intensly pigmented and very easy to apply. I'm sticking with this. Gel liners just don't work for me

EOS Lipbalm Pomegranate Rasberry

A friend gave me this and it is the first lipbalm that I have used every day. I put this on before I go to sleep and while I'm watching TV and in the morning I scrub my lips with Lush Bubble Gum Lip Scrub and my lips have never been more smooth!

Catrice Made to Stay Smoothing Lip Polish in MissionPINKpossible

This is a drugstore product I'm just warning you, but I love it too much to not put it in. I was hesitant to buy it because I thought this was a lipgloss. The colour looked so cool that I bought it anyway. It is nothing like I've ever tried before. The formula is so different. It shines like a lipgloss but feels more creamy and doesn't have the stickiness that I hate. It really lasts a long time because it stains your lips and you only loose a little bit of the shine. The colour is a very bright hot pink

Der Juni ist da also ist es Zeit für meine Beauty Favoriten vom Mai. Ich habe diese Produkte ziemlich oft benutzt, manche benutze ich täglich und ich habe kaum was an ihnen auszusetzen.

Ich werde sie nicht allzu sehr beschreiben, ich will nur kurz erklären warum ich sie so gerne habe.

Hoffe dieser Post gefällt euch und wenn du das liest, bitte sag mir doch deine Mai Favoriten :)


MAC  Fix+

Ich habe Fix+ schon einige Male auf Youtube gesehen und wollte es schon lange probieren. Ehrlich gesagt hätte ich nie gedacht dass mir dieses Produkt so gefällt. Ich sprühe es auf mein Gesicht vor meinen Primer und auf meinen Foundationpinsel. Meine Foundation lässt sich viel leichter auftragen und behält den ganzen Tag ihr schönes Finish. Durch Fix+ bekomme ich mit verschiedenen Foundations (ich habs mit mehreren ausprobiert) ein viel natürlichers, strahlendes und einfach schöneres Finish. Ein ausschlagebender Punkt für mich ist dass es mir keine Pickel beschert hat, welches oft ein Problem mit verschiedenen Primern verschiedener Marken für mich darstellt. Jeden Cent wert! Ich hab damit noch nicht meine Pigmente aufgetragen aber ich denke es wird toll funktionieren.


Kiko Cosmetics Liquid Skin, Second Skin Foundation

Okay ich glaube ich habe für mich die perfekte Foundation gefunden. Diese Foundation ist extrem flüssig und ich war anfangs etwas skeptisch. Aber diese Foundation "funktioniert" sehr gut für mich. Sie deckt leicht aber genug ab ohne unnatürlich auszusehen. Sie fühlt sich sehr leicht an und ich persönlich spüre sie kaum. Ein tolles Produkt aber wenn man diese benutzt sollte man einen guten Primer nehmen da sie sonst etwas fleckig wird. Ich trage sie mit einem abgeschrägtem Foundationpinsel auf und gehe dann nochmal mit einem Makeupschwamm drüber


Goodskin Labs Z-Pore Instant Pore Refiner

Noch ein perfektes Produkt für mich. In naher Zukunft benutze ich sicherlich nichts anderes. Ich habe riesige Poren und dieser Primer verfeinert diese total gut und deshalb lässt sich meine Foundation besser auftragen und hält länger. Er fühlt sich sehr silikonmäßig an aber ist etwas cremiger als andere Silikonprimer. Außerdem hat er mir ebenfalls keine Pickel beschert und deshalb liebe ich ihn.


Maybelline Fit Me Concealers in Nuancen 15&30

In letzter Zeit mache ich gern Contouring und Highlighting. Ich hab noch keine Art von Contour Kit( Ich weiß, ich kanns selbst kaum glauben) also verwende ich andere Produkte. Ich mag diese beiden Concealer sehr gern da sie sehr pigmentiert sind, genau richtig abdecken und sich sehr leicht verblenden lassen. Außerdem ist die Nuance 30 nicht zu warmtöning und rotstichig und passt deshalb sehr gut zu meinem sehr hellen Hautton.


Chanel Translucent Loose Powder

Man könnte ziemlich sicher ein Produkt finden dass genauso gut funktioniert und nicht Essensgeld für eine Woche ist allerdings war dies ein Geschenk und ich liiiiiiiebe es! Es funktioniert so perfekt und ich werde es mir garantiert wieder kaufen wenn es leer ist. Und es wird leer werden. I benutze es jeden Tag am ganzen Gesicht um meine Foundation, Concealer und Creme Produkte zu fixieren. Mein Gesicht bleibt den ganzen Tag, auch bei einer 12 Stunden Schicht, ölfrei ohne pudrig auszusehen.
Das hat bis jetzt noch kein Puder geschafft. Es ist es wert! Ich habe die beste Mutter ever!


Kiko Eyeshadow in Nr 167

Ein weißer Lidschatten mit einem Hauch an Schimmer. Ich verwende ihn dort wo ich den Highlighter Concealer aufgetragen habe. Der Schimmer ist so leicht sodass das Gesicht nicht glitzert sondern strahlend schön aussieht.


Kiko Cream Crush Eyeshadow in Nr 05

Diesen Lidschatten habe ich in einer Reihe an Looks benutzt. Er ist ein schönes sehr intensives gold das schimmert. Ich finde ihn atemberaubend. Man kann damit so schnell einen schönen Look kreieren. Kühles helles braun in die Lidfalte, Kiko aufs Lid und schwarzen Lidschatten in den äußeren Augenwinkel Lidfalte. Zick bam bum fertig. Wenn ihr noch mehr Zeit habt dann noch nen Eyeliner dazu und fertig ist ein klassischer schöner Look.


Kat von D Monarch and Innerstellar Palette

Swatches und Review von der Monarch Palette sind auf meinem Blog. Bald kommt auch die Innerstellar dazu. Diese Paletten sind wunderschön. Monarch ist eine warme Palette aus ihrer "Butterfly Effect" Kollektion und Innerstellar ist eine LE die von der Galaxie bes vom Mond inspiriert wurde. Jede Palette beinhaltet 12 Lidschatten, 3 große und 9 kleinere. Sie sind unglaublich pigmentiert und lassen sich super verblenden. Bei den Farben könnte ich hyperventilieren ;)


Essence Liquid Ink Eyeliner

Ich habe diesen letztens wieder mal benutzt und mich erinnert warum ich ihn so liebe. Er hält den ganzen Tag, verwischt nicht oder bröselt und lässt sich sehr leicht auftragen. Ich bleibe bei dem, mit Gel Eyelinern komme ich nicht wirklich zurecht.


EOS Lipbalm Pomegranate Rasberry

Ein Freund hat mir den geschenkt und es ist der erste Lipbalm den ich jeden Tag benutze. Ich trage ihn vor dem Schlafen gehen und während dem Fernsehen auf und in der Früh peele ich meine Lippen mit Lush Bubble Gum Lip Scrub und meine Lippen waren noch nie zarter.

Catrice Made to Stay Smoothing Lip Polish in MissionPINKpossible

Ich wollte mir das eigentlich nicht kaufen weil ich dachte es ist einfach nur ein Lipgloss. Aber die Farbe hat so cool ausgesehen dass ich es mir dann doch gekauft habe. Es ist anders als alles andere was ich bis jetzt probiert habe. Es glänzt wie ein Gloss aber fühlt sich viel besser an und klebt nicht so, was ich hasse. Es hält echt lange weil die Farbe die Lippen "einfärbt" ( keine Sorge es geht wieder runter ;) ) der Glanz geht nur ein wenig verloren. Es ist ein grelles Pink

Rasieren leicht gemacht mit Rasierseife von BIZVEQ

Hallo zusammen,

Der Sommer kommt, das Gewand wird weniger und kürzer und deshalb gibt es dem Rasieren kaum noch ein entweichen.

Rasieren war für mich persönlich nicht die angenehmste, eigentlich eine sehr nervige Angelegenheit. Allerdings bin ich immer noch auf der Suche nach einer angenehmen Alternative.

Was das Rasieren bisher besonders unangenehm gemacht hat sind die vielen "Nebenwirkungen". Von Pickelchen und Schnitten bis hin zu trockener stark irritierter Haut.

Bisher bin ich immer nach dem Motto "Schönheit muss leiden" gegangen, seit einigen Monaten benutze ich nun ein Produkt dass all diesen "Nebenwirkungen" entgegenwirkt.

BIZVEQ ist Firma/Praxis für komplementäre Körperanwendungen. Es gibt mittlerweile 2 BIZVEQ Praxen in Österreich.

Der Inhaber bietet neben komplementären Körperanwendungen auch selbstproduzierte Pflegeprodukte an.

Unter anderem die Rasierseife. Diese wurde mir von einer Kollegin empfohlen. Seit ich diese Seife benutze habe ich keine der oben genannten "Nebenwirkungen" mehr erlebt. Meine Haut fühlt sich geschmeidig an, ich habe keine Rasierpickelchen mehr und die Seife funktioniert besser als jedes Rasiergel dass ich je probiert habe.

Alle Seifen sind handgesiedet und können im Online Shop oder in der Praxis in Neunkirchen erworben werden.

Ich empfehle diese Seife jedem weiter, egal ob man irrtierte Haut hat oder nicht, jeder wird dieses Produkt lieben.

Kat von D Monarch Palette, Swatches and Review! Plus where you can get her products if Sephora doesn't ship to your country

Hey there,

This product came out about a year ago so I am super late to jump on that band wagon, but I recently did and I'm glad I did :D

I usually lean towards more cool tones, I like looks with blues, greens and purples and a lot of black. However a couple of weeks ago I got in the mood to do a warm tone look. Surprisingly even though I own an insane amount of eyeshadow palettes, there wasn't one warm toned one in my collection.

I've heard a lot about the Monarch Palette on instagram, so I decided that this was the palette for me. Sadly I soon realized that Sephora doesn't ship to austria. As a major makeup addict, once I see a product that I want, I MUST HAVE IT :D. So I went on and searched if there was a possibilty for me to get this product after all.
That's when I came across "Rose Beauty Store". It is an english online store that has all the major american brands which are sometimes hard to get in europe. Their shipping was super fast and the customer service was impeccable. The only downside to this is that the products are a lot more expensive there, which makes sense because the products need to get shipped from america to the UK first. It didn't bother me cause I love Kat von D products but I know this will be a huge downside for some people. I'll link it down below.

Now to the palette, it is a warm toned palette with very rich vibrant colours.
It is part of her "Butterfly Effect" Collection that is inspired as the name says, by Butterflies. There is another palette the "Chrysalis Palette" which is more colourful and cool toned.

The packaging itself is a form of art. Another Reason why I love Kat von D products. Cool Packaging isn't a must for me, however it is always a very nice plus. 

 I also like that the palette is quite large
 and sturdy and just overall really beautiful!












It holds 12 eyeshadows that are seperated into 4 quads. Each quad has a large eyeshadow and three smaller eyeshadows. The eyeshadows work perfectly together in the quad but also with the other quads.

It comes with a full sized mirror and as you can already see in the palette, the colours are super rich and pigmented. 

These colours blend perfectly and they are sooo buttery soft and almost creamy so they go on really smooth. Beware that because these shadows are so pigmented there will be fallout when applying them. 

The first quad contains the colours "Entomology", "Wrath", "Papillio" and "Summerfly". 

The second quad contains the colours "Telepathy", "Killing Jar", "Delaney" and "Vanish"

The third quad contains the colours "Tiny Death", "Disintehration", "Shadowbox" and "Dead Head"

In my opinion all the colours are beautiful, the formula is amazing and the palette itself is very versatile. These are all warm toned colours however you can still create a variety of looks. with it and you can go as subtle or bold as you want.  

The metallic shadows are the softest. The shimmery ones do feel a bit chalky but they apply beautifully. The matte ones are the most pigmented matte shadows I have ever seen! 

I truly think that this is an amazing palette that will suit a lot of people!

Review on the Sleek "Blush by three" Palettes/ Review über die Sleek "Blush by three" Rouge Paletten

Hey there,

So personally I've never paid much attention to blush. Up until 2 weeks ago I think I owned maybe 4 or so. Which if you consider the amount of eyeshadows, lipsticks etc I own, seems a bit weird.

Anyway I went to the shop in vienna where they sell Sleek Products and had a look around. Among some other things, I picked up two of the "Blush by three" palettes.

They come in an assortment of colours and there is one for every skin tone and I think everybody will find one that they like.

As they name already reveals, you get 3 large blushes in different tones of the colour scheme you pick.

I picked up "Pink Sprint" which are three very rich shades of different  pinks

And"Flame" which are three very deep red/ orangery shades.

Swatches and  other pictures will be down below, but let me give you a little review and some tips and tricks first

1) They are super pigmented, which is always awesome, however be aware of this. I recommend using a brush that is a little bit stiffer than let's say a contour brush. Also dust off the brush before you put it on your face. If you use  a soft brush, definitly wipe it off on your hand before you put it on your face.

2) They blend beautifully, they don't get patchy or blotchy and they are not too powdery so you can achieve a beautiful finish without much effort. Also if you do get too much product on your face you can easily blend it with a clean brush so it's not too intense. If everything else fails use a makeup sponge to correct. I love that everything in makeup is correctable.

3) The colours are BEAUTIFUL. The ones I bought look very scary in the box but are beautiful and not at all crazy, unless you want them to be. I am really happy with them!

I have to say that Sleek is an amazing brand that definitly has become on of my favourites. I use their eyeshadow palettes all the time and I definitly have to get all the other blush palettes! Which is not that hard as they are really inexpensive!

Hallo zusammen,

Ich persönlich habe Rouge nie viel Beachtung geschenkt. Aber als ich letztens zu Prosi ging (Geschäft in Wien wo es Sleek Produkte gibt) habe ich unter anderem 2 der "Blush by three" Paletten gekauft. 

Es gibt sie in vielen verschiedenen Farb Schemen und es ist für jeden etwas dabei.

Sie beinhalten wie der Name bereits verrät, 3 große Rouge.

Ich habe "Pink Sprint" gekauft, drei sehr intensive verschiedene Rosa Töne

Und Flame, 3 sehr intensive rot/orange Töne.

Swatches und mehr Fotos sind dann unten, aber zuerst eine kleine Review und ein paar Tipps.

1) Sie sind unglaublich pigmentiert, was immer toll is aber bewahrt Achtung davor. Ich empfehle einen etwas borstigeren Pinsel zu verwenden als einen total weichen da es sonst leicht passieren kann dass man zuviel Rouge auf den Wangen hat. Den Pinsel einmal abklopfen und bei einem weichen einfach einmal über die Hand streichen bevor man sich das Gesicht vornimmt. 

2) Sie lassen sich sehr gut verblenden, sind nicht fleckig oder unebenmäßig und auch nicht zu pudrig also erreicht man leicht ein schönes Finish. Außerdem, das sie sich so gut verblenden lassen kann man es relativ leicht korrigieren wenn man zuviel Rouge erwischt hat. Wenn das nicht geht einfach einen Makeup Schwamm nehmen. Ich liebe dass alles beim Schminken korrigierbar ist.

3) Die Farben sind uuuur schön. Die, die ich gekauft habe sehen sehr "arg" in der Palette aus, sie sind aber wirklich schöne dezente Farben die man intensiver machen kann wenn man will.


Ich muss wirklich sagen dass Sleek eine tolle Kosmetikmarke ist. Sie ist definitv eine meiner Lieblingsmarken geworden. Ich verwende ihre Eyeshadow Paletten dauernd und ich werde sicher alle anderen Rouge Paletten kaufen!
